Roasted tomatoes are one of our favorite delicious and Authentic Florida side dishes. There are fewer things as tasty as a fresh and locally grown tomato. Are you also having guests over for dinner? This Roasted Tomato Recipe is also a real crowd-pleaser.
But is it a fruit or a vegetable? The word is that the tomato is the fruit of a tomato plant, but when you’re cooking it is used as a vegetable. That sounds good to us. Enjoy this easy recipe and also let us know how it turns out by tagging us on social media, @AuthenticFlorida.
