Update on the 27th Annual Nights of Lights/Holiday Events in St. Augustine

Historic Downtown St. Augustine is celebrating the 27th Annual Nights of Lights with millions of sparkling lights from now until January 31, 2021. Nights of Lights tours are still operating, with some modifications.

Our friends at VisitStAugustine.com have been great at keeping all of us in the loop on the changes in 2020.

Open and Happening in St. Augustine

  • The lights were illuminated on November 14 and will stay up until January 31.
  • To enjoy the lights, you can take tours on land and the water, or simply walk around town.
  • Most restaurants are open, some at 100% capacity, others at 50%. Some have outdoor dining and some of those have heaters. VisitStAugustine.com has a list in progress.
  • While all of the events that draw thousands of people have been canceled, many of the smaller events will happen this year.

Here is a list of holiday events, and changes or cancellations that have been made due to COVID-19.

We are continuing to follow the status of holiday and Nights of Lights events in St. Augustine on VisitStAugustine.com and encourage you to check out their site for the latest info.
