Mon Delice is a French Bakery in New Smyrna Beach that has been serving guests authentic French cuisine since 1976.
When the bakery opened its doors, it was opened by a French couple, and interestingly enough when it was sold in 1992, another French native bought it.
Stop by Mon Delice for delicious French pastries, artisan bread, croissants, pies, cookies, cakes, and their famous sub sandwiches.

Yellow Dog Eats
While their original location is in Gotha near Orlando, Yellow Dog Eats has a second restaurant in New Smyrna Beach, with the same delicious food you know and love.
Chef Fish Morgan serves up imaginative and tasty dishes including sandwiches, salads, barbeque, and more all using high-quality ingredients.
Our favorites? The Ahi Tuna Nachos, and the Club Elvis – a pulled pork sandwich with pecan-smoked bacon, scallions, red onions, and Fish’s Gold BBQ Sauce.

Toni and Joe’s is truly a New Smyrna Beach icon, having served guests since they opened their doors in 1958, and has remained a family-owned business ever since.
This place to eat in New Smyrna Beach is known for having some of the best ocean views in town, and delicious breakfast items and hoagies.
If the weather is nice, make sure to sit on the patio for live music while enjoying an ocean breeze.

The Baker’s Table
This restaurant in New Smyrna Beach is run by husband and wife chef duo Jaime and Jeanette Quintana, who first met working at a seafood house.
Their restaurant, The Baker’s Table, serves up delicious and fresh food and desserts in a relaxed setting. You truly can’t go wrong with anything you order on the menu.
We recommend ordering either the Smoked Salmon Latkes or the Warm Goat Cheese Tart.

- The Baker’s Table is open Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm.
- You may be surprised by the location of this hidden gem. However, don’t let the strip mall fool you. This restaurant is here to bring amazing flavors.

Third Wave Cafe and Wine Bar
Inspired by the delicious flavors of the Mediterranean, Third Wave Cafe & Wine Bar prides itself on a memorable dining experience with its tapas-style fare.
Even though the food is globally inspired, they try to source local ingredients whenever it is possible.
While any seat at Third Wave is fantastic, if the weather is nice, we recommend sitting outside on their picturesque patio complete with romantic greenery and string lights.
If it’s a little chilly, make sure to sit next to the fire.

The Garlic
The atmosphere of The Garlic in New Smyrna Beach is something that is so unique, it absolutely must be seen in person. Your walk to your table will be down a vine-covered lush garden with beautifully lit trees.
Everywhere you look is kitschy, vintage, and inviting ambiance, and of course, the food is delicious as well.
The team at Authentic Florida recommends the Pork Osso Bucco and the table service bread that comes with fresh roasted garlic to spread.
However, no matter what you choose on the menu, it is absolutely delicious.

- The Garlic is open Sunday through Thursday from 4:00 pm through 10:00 pm and Friday-Saturday from 4:00 pm through 11:00 pm.
- Reservations are not allowed so you may have to wait for a while when you get there. It can help to get there when they open.

JB’s Fish Camp
This place to eat in New Smyrna Beach first started out as simply a shack on the river in the late 70s by John “JB” Bollman.
It has grown to be one of the best and most beloved restaurants in the area to grab a cocktail and dine on delicious seafood.
No trip to New Smyrna Beach is complete without a visit to JB’s Fish Camp.
If you sit outside, you can enjoy amazing views of the river and the sunset in their laid-back atmosphere.
Make sure to pick up a fun t-shirt and also rent a kayak on-site for the full experience. You can spot dolphins and manatees nearby.

Norwood’s Eatery and Bar Treehouse
Starting in 1929 as a disguised Pan Am gas station and general store, Norwood’s went through many changes before it became the restaurant it is known as today in 1946.
Norwood’s known for its delicious seafood, homemade sauces and salad dressing, and locally sourced ingredients for years. Every consecutive owner has carried on this tradition.
In 2015, the Treehouse Bar was opened. The addition makes the spot recognizable as you drive down the road towards the restaurant.
Stop by for a great meal, and amazing live entertainment. Save room for dessert!

The Taco Shack
The Taco Shack in New Smyrna Beach is truly a family affair. You’ll see owners Michael and Emily Colon and the rest of their family either working at the window, preparing your food, and or chatting with guests.
The two of them spent a long time creating the delicious Latin recipes, menu, and the cool style of their laid-back walk-up window restaurant.
Pick up some tacos, or Puerto Rican mofongo and relax on the patio with a fantastic and low-priced meal.
TIPS
- The Taco Shack is open Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 pm through 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm through 8:00 pm and Saturday from 12:00 pm through 6:00 pm.
- Don’t let the line scare you away. The line moves quickly and the food is worth the wait.

Breaker’s Oceanfront Restaurant and Bar
Located right on the sand of New Smyrna Beach, Breaker’s Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar is a great spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful beach scenery.
From the wildlife on the beach to the various people walking by, sip on your cocktail and enjoy your delicious meal while being entertained by the ocean activities.
We recommended Breakers because we believe they have the best burgers in all of New Smyrna Beach.
The chicken wings are excellent as well.
TIPS
- The Breakers Restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 am to 11 pm and Friday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:00 am.
- This place can be crowded and busy. Even if it is a bit busier than other places, it’s worth it.
- Orders can be taken out.
- The restaurant is located on the driving part of the beach.
