- U.S. Flags: Continues the tradition of celebrating the U.S. flag, with four designs depicting the flag waving at different times of the day.
- Constance Baker Motley (Black Heritage Series): Honors the first African American woman to argue a case before the U.S. Supreme Court and the first to serve as a federal judge.

- Bluegrass: Highlights the unique American music style of bluegrass with a stamp featuring string instruments used by bluegrass bands.
- First Continental Congress, 1774: Commemorates the 250th anniversary of the First Continental Congress with a stamp featuring a quote from the Congress’s protest letter to the King of England.
- Autumn Colors: Features 10 new stamps with brilliant photographs showcasing the beauty of fall in the U.S..
- Christmas Madonna and Child: A traditional Christmas stamp featuring the Madonna and Child from the Workshop of Sassoferrato.
- Hanukkah: Celebrates the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah with a stamp depicting a hanukiah with all candles lighted.
- Kwanzaa: The 10th stamp celebrating Kwanzaa, depicting a male drummer and two female dancers.
- Winter Whimsy: Celebrates the winter season with symmetrical graphic forms inspired by snowflakes.
