The 5th edition of the Sebring Soda Festival, Florida’s fizziest festival, returns to historic downtown Sebring the second weekend of April 2023.

The Sebring Soda Festival is a unique outdoor event celebrating small batches and vintage sodas.

It’s a family-friendly weekend of fun with a full schedule of activities.

Florida’s fizziest festival is free to attend. However, you will want to purchase a punch card to sample the sodas.

Visitors can try a wide range of bubbly beverages daily, including traditional flavors like colas, ginger ales, root beers, and cream sodas.

Some soda flavors include caramel apple, prickly pear, espresso, peach cobbler, candied bacon, key lime, cucumber, pepper soda, and more.

This festival is also a time to re-visit many vintage soda favorites such as Dr. Pepper, Cheerwine, Moxie and RC Cola.

  • Parking: Street and parking lot are available within a short walking distance to the event. Follow the bright yellow “Event Parking” signs to the closest parking options. And yes, parking at the Sebring Soda Fest is FREE.

This year’s celebrations kick off at 2 pm on Friday with tastings, vendor booths, food trucks, live entertainment, and kids’ activities.

  • 2 pm – JROTC to Present Colors w/National Anthem 
  • 2 pm – Festival Begins
  • 2 pm-9 pm -Soda Tastings, Vendor Booths & Food Trucks
  • 2 pm-9 pm – Belanger Media Group (stage)
  • 2 pm-9 pm – Kids Fun Zone – Armbands Available to purchase
  • 2 pm – Sebring Soda Pop Princess Pageant – Circle Theater (separate fee applies)
  • 5 pm – Bubble Party 
  • 6:30 pm – Soda Pop Pre-Teen Pageant (separate fee applies)
  • 7 pm-8 pm – Glow Bubble Party in the Kids Zone

Saturday’s fun starts at 10 am with all-day live entertainment, activities, and more than 200 sodas to sample.

  • 10 am – 9 pm – Soda Tastings, Vendor Booths & Food Trucks
  • 10 am – 9 pm – Belanger Media Group (stage)
  • 10 am – 9 pm – Family Fun Zone-armbands available to purchase. Toby The Clown School Balloons, Face Painting, Kid’s Petting Zoo, inflatable games, slides and More! 
  • 11 am – Legacy Cheer performance
  • 11 am – 7 pm – The Stilts Guy
  • 12 pm – Soda Drinking Contest-Kids
  • 12:30 pm – Pet Costume Contest 
  • 1:30 pm – Soda Drinking Contest-Adults
  • 2 pm – Careless Vibes – in the Circle Theater
  • 3:30 pm – Careless Vibes – in the Circle Theater
  • 6:30-8:30 pm – Tim Charron Band
