The home is located at 2100 Vernon Place in Melbourne. In 2006, the 2,112 sq-ft house sold for $135,000.

In October of 2022, it was removed from the market and is no longer for sale. The real estate agent thought buying the home of a rock legend would warrant the hefty price tag by a wealthy superfan.
