Are you looking for a fun Cinco de Mayo celebration to attend in Florida? You’ve come to the right place!
Cinco de Mayo (also known as Battle of Puebla Day) is a holiday in recognition of Mexico’s success against France during the Battle of Puebla on May 5th, 1862.
Though it is a minor holiday in Mexico, Cinco de Mayo has become a large-scale celebration in Florida and throughout the United States.
It’s a special day to celebrate Mexican culture, food, and drinks via festivals, bar crawls, and street parties.
These are a few of our favorite Cinco de Mayo celebrations in Florida. Fortunately, there are plenty of other options throughout the state, so feel free to share your favorite events in the comments.
