Lake Worth Beach Park and Pier
Lake Worth Beach Park and Pier is a must-visit spot in this delightful town.
Approximately one mile east of downtown, the public oceanfront park offers picnic areas, restrooms, and beach gear for rent.
The pier is a great place for fishing and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. Take a stroll to the end of the walkway and enjoy the sea breeze.

Downtown Lake Worth Beach
Downtown Lake Worth Beach is the heart of this artsy town. The main streets of downtown provide plenty of things to do, like visiting its shops and restaurants.
In addition to popular shops and delicious dining options, visitors can visit art galleries and attend local events.
The Lake Worth Beach Farmers Market is held at Old Bridge Park on Saturday mornings from October through April.
The market hosts vendors who sell fresh produce, baked goods and other treats, artisan goods, and more.
The town’s largest event is the Lake Worth Beach Annual Street Painting Festival.
It is a two-day celebration held downtown (usually in February) that includes 150 artists who create masterpieces on the streets, live entertainment, food vendors, and tons of creative fun.

Flamingo Clay Studio
Flamingo Clay Studio is a terrific nonprofit art studio and gallery in Downtown Lake Worth Beach.
The studio is an artist cooperative that provides space for hundreds of Palm Beach County artists to create, display, and sell their work.
Plan to take your time when you visit Flamingo Clay Studio. It’s fun to browse the studio for unique, handmade pieces.

The Murals of Lake Worth is a vibrant collection of public artwork that adorns the walls of many local businesses and buildings.

Spotlight on Watercolor Artist Ellen Negley
Ellen Negley is a true Authentic Floridian. Born and raised in Peoria, Illinois, she now lives in Lake Worth Beach, Florida.
She considers watercolor the perfect medium. “It’s elusive, unpredictable, and has a mind of its own,” says Ellen.
“I’m fascinated by its nuances. One minute the colors are bold and electric, and the next, they’re delicate and transparent”, she continues.
Ellen does a lot of art shows, and her work can be seen year-round at one of our favorite places, the Marietta Museum of Art & Whimsy in Sarasota, Florida.

The Old Key Lime House
The Old Key Lime House is a popular seafood restaurant nearby in Lantana. Its bright, fun colors make it hard to miss.
Built in 1889, it’s known for being Florida’s Oldest Waterfront Restaurant. It also has the largest tiki bar in South Florida.
The restaurant is located directly along the intercostal water and offers great views.

Barefoot Mailman Motel
Barefoot Mailman Motel was initially founded in 1962. The name refers to the mailmen who walked between the Lake Worth Beach area and Miami in the 1880s.
Back then, there was no direct mail service between these places. The mailmen took the route primarily along the beach, hence the “barefoot” moniker.
Today, guests of the Barefoot Mailman Motel enjoy comfortable accommodations and a convenient location.
The motel is within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants like the Old Key Lime House.
