Watch exciting 4-H and FFA shows which feature a variety of livestock, including cows and rabbits, or stop by the petting zoo to meet some of the animals up close.

Description: The Southeastern Youth Fair is an opportunity for 4-H and FFA students in Marion County in a variety of livestock shows and contests.

FLORIDA STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL – Plant City

Where: Florida Strawberry Festival Grounds in Plant City
Description: The Winter Strawberry Capital of the World hosts an 11-day festival celebrating one of Florida’s favorite fruits. This huge event has midway rides, a kid’s area, and tons of strawberry-inspired treats.
Within the festival grounds, check out Neighborhood Village. It’s a section dedicated to homemade and handcrafted items made by members of the local community.
Items include baked goods, jewelry, home décor, woodworking, and more. The items are judged by quality and presentation. The best items in each category are awarded prizes and ribbons.

Description: This year, the Miami-Dade County Fair guarantees “out of this world fun!” with the theme, Spaceventure. There are plenty of things to see and do during the fair, including exhibits and shows.
The FIU Performing Arts Center has student performances scheduled. The Playhouse has unique youth showcases, such as dancing, performed daily.

Description: The Clay County Agricultural Fair has all our fair favorites, from carnival rides and fair food to concerts.
The Early Florida Village is a must-visit spot while attending the fair. The cool exhibit takes visitors back in time to early life in Clay County.
There are demonstrations in soap making, log splitting, and straw broom making.
Check out replicas of early buildings like a schoolhouse, general store, and jail house.
